After the conclusion of the structured dialogue, Libya faces the test of implementation

After months of meetings and discussions in which more than 120 Libyan figures from various regions and political and social movements participated, the Libyan Structured Dialogue concluded its work, moving the debate from the content of the recommendations to their practical fate, amid questions about the ability of this path to make a real breakthrough in the Libyan crisis or to join the list of initiatives that stopped at the limits of theoretical consensus.
