They are responsible for the murder of three people: João Clemente Pereira, 63 years old; Miranilde Pereira da Silva, 75 years old; Marcos Moreira, 33 years old. The investigation sought to clarify whether the deaths were due to natural causes or whether there was a criminal action or omission. After the investigation and analysis of the evidence, the Court decided to take the case to trial by the Jury Court, responsible for intentional crimes against life.
