If tourists disregard safety rules at Iguazu Falls, on the Argentine side of the park, they can be fined and banned from visiting other national parks in Argentina. According to the concessionaire Urbia Cataratas, which operates on the Brazilian side, if an item falls into the river or on the slopes, the advice is to call the fire team to assess the possibility of rescue, depending on safety conditions. According to the park, the work is carried out in an integrated manner between firefighters, security teams and, when necessary, with the support of the Military Police. According to Urbia, he was instructed on safety procedures by the unit's civilian firefighters, accompanied until the end of the tour and removed from the park.
