Euroclear asks to suspend the recovery of €200 billion from it in favor of the Bank of Russia

The Belgian depository Euroclear Bank appealed to the Moscow Arbitration Court with a request to suspend the execution of the decision to recover about €200 billion in losses from it in favor of the Bank of Russia.
