The government considers practical issues such as adoption procedures after the revised Imperial House Law is enacted.

In response to the enactment of the revised Imperial House Law aimed at securing the number of members of the Imperial Family, the government plans to proceed with related ministries and agencies to consider practical issues such as the procedures for adopting male descendants of former Imperial Family members.
