A woman in her 20s, who was drunk and lying on the road, fell into unconsciousness after being stepped on by a passing car. According to the police and fire authorities on the 17th, at around 1:35 a.m. on the same day, a resident found A (female in her 20s) lying bleeding on the road in front of a pension in Cheongpyeong-myeon, Gapyeong-gun and reported it. Ms. A suffered a serious injury to her head, including bleeding and severe swelling of her entire face, and the dispatcher responded. He was taken to the hospital by a 119 ambulance, but is said to have not yet regained consciousness. As a result of police checking closed-circuit (CC) TV near the scene, it was determined that Mr. A was lying on the road in a drunken state about 30 minutes before being discovered and was hit by a passing vehicle. The police traced the license plate number of the vehicle and arrested the driver of the accident vehicle, Mr. B (20s, female), at around 5:30 a.m. on the same day and as a random companion. It has been secured and is being investigated. It has been confirmed that Mr. A and Mr. B do not know each other.
