Surveillance camera films incident: dog activates toaster and sets house on fire

In the US state of Maryland, a dog turns on a toaster and his owner's house goes up in flames a short time later. The damage amounts to around $200,000. The dog can be rescued from the flames. Any help comes too late for three other pets.
