Average household income increased by 7.3%, but 55.4% said they were having a difficult time, according to a Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare survey

In a survey conducted by the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare regarding household income, it was found that although the average income per household increased by 7.3% compared to the previous year, 55.4% of households answered that their lives were "difficult."
