“The state failed that night” – Schnieder apologizes to those affected

On the fifth anniversary of the flood disaster in the Ahr Valley, Rhineland-Palatinate Prime Minister Gordon Schnieder apologized to those affected at a memorial event. The 135 victims were previously remembered during a minute's silence.
