Fourth place in Chinese Communist Party ranks to visit North Korea; high-level officials from both countries increasingly visit

The Chinese Communist Party has announced that members of its top leadership will visit North Korea. Following President Xi Jinping's visit to North Korea last month, North Korea's prime minister has visited China, and high-level officials from both countries have been visiting China.
