Roughly speaking The Kobe Second Public Prosecution Commission has decided that the non-indictment of Takashi Tachibana of the NHK Party is unfair. The resolution, dated June 24, concerns the alleged threat to Kenichi Okutani, then chairman of the Hyogo Prefecture Hyaku-Arts Committee. The Kobe District Public Prosecutors Office is expected to reopen the investigation, and Tachibana has also been charged with defamation. Read article
