The Kyunghyang Shinmun reported in the July 10th page 24 article, ‘Semiconductor Belt ‘Balloon Effect’ Suwon Yeongtong House Prices Soaring’, that Yeongtong-gu, Suwon-si, Gyeonggi-do is a non-regulated area, but this is being corrected as it was designated as a regulated area in October of last year.
