Foreign Minister Motegi provides emergency grant aid of $3.5 million to Venezuela

Foreign Minister Motegi announced that Japan will provide $3.5 million in emergency grant aid to Venezuela, which has suffered a major earthquake, and will dispatch a second medical team from the Japan Disaster Relief Team to the area next week.
