The National Assembly Speaker Jo Jeong-sik appointed Chung Myung-ho, senior expert member of the Political Affairs Committee, as Deputy Secretary-General for Legislation at the National Assembly Secretariat on the 10th, and Kim Sang-soo, senior expert member of the Steering Committee, as Deputy Secretary-General. New Deputy Director Jeong joined the 18th Legislative Examination in 2002 and served as a senior expert member of the Political Affairs Committee and an expert member of the Strategy and Finance Committee. Deputy Director Jeong called for the lifting of martial law in 2024 when he was serving as Director of the Medical Affairs Bureau.
