Last June, a 32-year-old suspect was arrested for allegedly driving his car into a precious metals store in Tochigi Prefecture, breaking the glass at the entrance and exit, and attempting to steal items inside the store. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the suspect as a leader of an anonymous and mobile criminal group.
