A 41-year-old suspect was arrested on suspicion of delivering stolen cash through a special scam at a delivery box in an apartment complex in Tokyo. The Metropolitan Police Department is on high alert as special fraud groups are repeatedly using delivery boxes, which can be used without permission to avoid public scrutiny, as a new place to deliver cash, instead of coin lockers at stations.
