Organ Transplant Law Violation Case: Hospital vows not to disclose surgery?

In a case in which three people, including a former director of a non-profit organization, were arrested for arranging an organ transplant surgery in Cambodia for a man living in Tokyo and receiving payment for it, the Metropolitan Police Department learned that the day before the man was to undergo the transplant in Cambodia, he was made to take a pledge at the hospital not to talk about the surgery.
