The purpose is to review existing investigation methods that do not take into account the characteristics of disabled victims who have difficulty communicating. On the 24th of last month, the Human Rights Commission's Disability Discrimination Correction Committee announced that the National Police Agency, Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency, and the Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency will investigate human rights violations at residential facilities for the disabled.
