Osaka announces extension of Hokuriku Shinkansen at ``Obama/Kyoto'' or ``Maibara''

A committee of the ruling party was held to discuss the extension route of the Hokuriku Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka, and the governor of Osaka prefecture and the mayor of Osaka who attended expressed the opinion that the ``Obama-Kyoto route'' or the ``Yonebara route'' would be preferable.
