Japanese and Kuwaiti foreign ministers agree to oppose charging fees for Hormuz passage

Foreign Minister Motegi met with the Kuwaiti Foreign Minister during his visit to Turkey, and they agreed to oppose the collection of any fees related to navigation through the Strait of Hormuz.
