Three people, including a former director of an NPO and an executive of a general incorporated association, were arrested by the Metropolitan Police Department on suspicion of violating the Organ Transplant Act for arranging a man in his 70s living in Tokyo to undergo organ transplant surgery in Cambodia and receiving over 12 million yen in compensation.
