US State Department: ``China's nuclear buildup is a worldwide concern'' after launch from submarine

Department of State acknowledged that China's strategic nuclear submarine fired a missile equipped with a simulated warhead, saying it was an intercontinental ballistic missile class missile, and pointed out that China's expansion of its nuclear forces is ``a major concern for the region and the world.''
