A problem has arisen in which vulnerable small and medium-sized enterprises are asked by business partners to provide blueprints and other data free of charge. The Japan Fair Trade Commission and other organizations have put together new guidelines and are sounding the alarm, saying that in this case there is a risk of violating the Antimonopoly Act.
