House of Representatives Steering Committee Ruling party: “Start deliberation on the Imperial House Law” Opposition: “Intensive deliberation”

The leading directors of the ruling and opposition parties on the House of Representatives Steering Committee held talks regarding the Imperial Household Law Amendment Bill, and while the ruling party once again proposed that deliberations begin promptly, the opposition parties requested that the ruling party provide answers regarding matters such as holding intensive deliberations in the House of Representatives Budget Committee, and it was decided that discussions would continue.
