Seven people, including a 49-year-old suspect, were arrested for forcing customers to gamble using playing cards in a room in a tower apartment in Shinjuku, Tokyo. The Metropolitan Police Department is investigating the company, which believes it has been operating illegally since around April this year and has generated sales of more than 40 million yen so far.
