Regarding recovery from the nuclear power plant accident, Minister of Reconstruction Makino has announced that adjustments are being made to include agricultural land far from their homes in Fukushima's ``difficult-to-return areas,'' where the government is proceeding with decontamination and infrastructure development, lifting evacuation orders, and allowing residents to live.
