Kioxia begins shipping samples of cutting-edge memory to meet demand for generative AI

KIOXIA, the world's leading semiconductor and flash memory manufacturer, has announced that it has begun shipping samples of its cutting-edge flash memory at a new factory in Iwate Prefecture that began operations last year in order to respond to the rapid increase in demand due to the spread of generative AI.
