The government has compiled a list of issues to be considered for creating a program for foreign residents to learn Japanese and Japanese rules. The course is aimed at a wide range of foreign nationals who intend to stay in the country for the medium to long term, and will provide a learning environment that utilizes ICT, including before entering Japan.
