Ruling party proposes amendment to the Imperial Household Law for deliberation at the House of Representatives Steering Committee, opposition parties “listen to it”

As the conflict between the ruling and opposition parties continues in the Diet, the leading members of the House of Representatives Steering Committee met, and the ruling party proposed that the House Steering Committee promptly begin deliberating a bill to revise the Imperial House Law aimed at securing the number of members of the imperial family.
