Ukrainian government appeals to ambassadors of various countries about seriousness of damage caused by Russian military attack

After a large-scale attack by the Russian military killed more than 20 people in the capital, Kiiv, the Ukrainian government appealed to diplomats from various countries on the ground to express the seriousness of the damage.
