Mr. A decided to go on a diet in the same way as his friend and was administered anti-obesity medication, but as the dose of the injectable drug increased, abdominal pain worsened and he had to rush to the hospital. The Korea Consumer Agency issued a consumer safety advisory as the number of adverse cases complaining of abdominal pain and fever after administering the injectable anti-obesity drug increased rapidly.
