Delhi HC restrains Ilaiyaraaja from broadcasting songs from 134 films in Saregama copyright dispute

The court held that Ilaiyaraaja’s rights under the Copyright Act were confined to the musical compositions and exploitation of the disputed sound recordings would amount to copyright infringement
