Trump taps Bill Pulte to replace Tulsi Gabbard as acting director of national intelligence

President Trump announced Tuesday that he's chosen Bill Pulte, the director of the Federal Housing Finance Agency, to replace Tulsi Gabbard and become acting director of national intelligence.
