The Judicial Collegium for Civil Cases of the Novosibirsk Regional Court considered on appeal the civil case of recovery from Mikhail Predtechensky, Universal Additives LLC, Plasmocatalysis LLC and Long Life Technologies S.A. (Luxembourg) unjust enrichment in the amount of more than 9 billion rubles." Disagreeing with the decision of the court of first instance, representatives of Long Life Technologies S.A. and Mikhail Predtechensky filed appeals to a higher court.
