The text of the document was released by the Iranian state agency IRNA on Wednesday afternoon (17). The version of the agreement published by the agency coincides with the one published hours earlier by the broadcaster CNN Internacional.
➡️ The content of the agreement has not yet been officially released. The text was signed virtually over the weekend, according to the US government, and will be signed in person at a ceremony on Friday (19) in Geneva, Switzerland.
The peace agreement has 14 points. See what they are below:
The US and Iran declare an immediate and permanent end to the war on all fronts, including in Lebanon, and commit not to initiate any conflict against the other and to guarantee Lebanese territorial integrity and sovereignty;
The reopening of the Strait of Hormuz, which Iran blocked during the war in retaliation for US and Israeli attacks;
Financial compensation to Iran, in an undetermined amount: the agreement, according to CNN, says that Tehran will be able to access a fund of US$300 billion (around R$1.5 trillion) if it fulfills its promise not to develop nuclear weapons. This Wednesday, however, Trump denied that there is such a fund;
The lifting of all types of sanctions that currently affect Iran within a period yet to be determined by both parties;
The release of Iranian assets and funds that were frozen or restricted by sanctions;
Iran's commitment that it will never produce nuclear weapons;
The commitment, on the part of the USA and its "regional allies", to create a plan for the rehabilitation and economic development of Iran within 60 days;
Permission for Iran to sell its oil and petrochemical products;
The US Treasury Department's issuance of exemptions for exports of Iranian crude oil, petrochemical products and their derivatives, and "all related services, including banking, insurance, transportation and the like";
An understanding for a final agreement within 60 days, including the issue of Iran's nuclear program;
Iran's commitment to restore shipping traffic between the Persian Gulf and the Gulf of Oman (connected by the Strait of Hormuz) to pre-war levels within 30 days;
That a UN Security Council resolution approves the final agreement after 60 days.
According to the North American network, the agreement does not provide for the limit of uranium enrichment that Iran will be able to produce. And it determines that the fate of nuclear material and uranium enriched by Iran will still be defined in the final agreement, within 60 days.

'If I don't like the deal, we'll throw bombs again'
'I'm the boss,' Trump tells other leaders at G7 summit
Although the USA has already virtually signed the agreement, the President of the United States, Donald Trump, said this Wednesday (17) that the text, which he called this morning a "memorandum of understanding", is not yet final.
Trump also stated that he may attack Tehran again if he is not satisfied with the outcome of subsequent negotiations on the Iranian nuclear program.
"It's a memorandum of understanding. And if I don't like it, we'll go back to shooting them, bombing their heads. If I don't like it, if they don't behave, we'll go back to bombing them right in the head, okay?", said the North American during a press conference at the G7 summit in France.
Donald Trump also said that the existence of the US$300 billion fund that would finance the reconstruction of Iran is "false".
