The United States unveiled the text of the memorandum of understanding with Iran on Wednesday, ahead of the official signing of the document scheduled for Friday. In these fourteen points, Tehran undertakes in particular, at a minimum, to dilute its stocks of enriched uranium within the framework of negotiations to be carried out within 60 days. In return, the United States plans a gradual lifting of sanctions.
