35 years ago today, Germany and Poland signed a treaty of neighborhood and friendship. A lot has happened since then, as can be seen at the German-Polish Forum in Berlin. In an interview, the Federal Government Commissioner for Poland explains why the Germans' reputation has deteriorated so much.
