At the same time, he has their marriage certificates in his hands, which indicate the place of birth, but these documents turned out to be insufficient. After RT’s request to the Ministry of Internal Affairs, recommendations were given to the local migration service to assist Ivan in submitting applications for a residence permit and subsequent admission to Russian citizenship.
