Tehran - IRNA - A review of Washington's positions in the past few weeks shows that their declared goals towards Iran have undergone a change! What started with the literature of changing the regime and increasing pressure on the Islamic Republic, has now reached the acceptance of negotiations with the same political structure and talking about an agreement that is supposed to be finalized with the signature of the representatives of both sides; A change that, from the eyes of many analysts, is a product of the realities of the field and the failure to realize the primary goals, rather than a change in America's will.
