Oceanologist Tavrichesky: puffer fish is almost safe for swimmers

Oceanologist, member of the Russian Geographical Society Anatoly Tavrichesky said that there is no need to worry about reports of the appearance of puffer fish in the Far East: we are probably talking about single specimens.
