In total, around 19.3 million families receive the benefit. Beneficiaries can transfer amounts preferably via the Caixa Tem App, without the need to go to a branch to withdraw the benefit. According to Caixa, it is also possible to use the card to make purchases in commercial establishments through the debit function, as well as make withdrawals at lottery units, Caixa Aqui correspondents and Caixa branches. At self-service terminals, withdrawals can be made without a card, with biometric identification previously registered.
