On the last day of the G7 summit in France, world leaders focused the discussion on macroeconomic imbalances, an issue promoted by French President Emmanuel Macron. The leaders reached an agreement with Canada, producer of the famous rare earths, to export more to the Group of Seven and explore new deposits. Another of the central points is artificial intelligence, on which they reached an agreement with the United States, one of the major producers of AI, to transfer knowledge and technology so that Europe overcomes its lag with respect to China and Washington.
