Emel Yıldız, nicknamed "Panther Emel", an animal rights advocate and one of the masters of Turkish cinema, who lost her life approximately 40 days after burying her daughter Elif Sofia, was bid farewell to her final journey with a ceremony held in Istanbul. Actress Türkan Şoray, who attended the ceremony, said, "The son could not bear his pain. I will always love him, he will have a special place in my heart."
