“Exosomes” improve pain in clinical research for knee treatment

A research group at a hospital in Kanagawa Prefecture has compiled the results of a clinical study in which a substance called ``exosome'' secreted by cells was administered to patients with ``knee osteoarthritis,'' which affects one in two people over the age of 50, and showed improvement in pain and other symptoms.
