Russia.. Irkutsk approves a law permitting the euthanasia of stray animals in specific cases

The Legislative Council of Irkutsk Province approved, during the second and final reading, a draft law regulating the file of stray animals, which includes specifying the legal circumstances that permit resorting to euthanasia.
