With the decision of BRSA published in the Official Gazette, the establishment of Dost Katılım Bankası A.Ş. as a founding partner of BİM group companies was officially permitted. The new participation bank, which received approval for establishment following the examinations carried out within the framework of the Banking Law, thus started the official structuring process.
