Starting this Wednesday, June 17, Ghana is hosting an international summit dedicated to reparations linked to slavery and colonialism. For three days, experts, ministers and heads of state will attempt to define the next steps in a movement which recently reached a symbolic milestone with the vote on a United Nations resolution recognizing slavery as the most serious crime against humanity.
