According to the investigation, on the trip to France, Daniel Vorcaro began providing individualized personal information about Ciro Nogueira and his wife, Flávia Roberta Rolsalen, such as height and shoe size, possibly with the purpose of purchasing appropriate clothing for skiing. On another international trip, the PF highlighted that Vorcaro paid nights at a hotel in Lisbon for the senator and also for the president of the Chamber, Hugo Motta, from the Republicans. In one of the conversations analyzed, on June 18, 2024, Vorcaro informed that he would need hotel reservations in Lisbon for himself and for “Ciro and Hugo”. According to the PF, the banker demonstrated concern about the privacy of participants in a private event: "After making the reservations, on the same day, Vorcaro sent an audio message in which he demonstrated marked concern about the privacy of the event, even highlighting the need to privatize the space located in front of the venue, in order to prevent any viewing of what was happening inside."
