According to the Municipal Health Foundation (FMS), the animal was frightened by fireworks during a football match and, under stress, attacked the elderly woman, causing serious injuries. The victim was rescued by an advanced support ambulance from the Mobile Emergency Care Service (Samu) and taken to the Teresina Emergency Hospital (HUT). Information gathered by a veterinarian indicates that the attack took place last Saturday (13), during a Brazilian football team game. According to the report recorded by the technical team, the dog was frightened by the noise of the fireworks and reacted aggressively, biting the woman.
