Unanimously, the panel agreed with the accusation presented by the Attorney General's Office (PGR) and understood that there is evidence to conclude that the former deputy organized the United States' tariffs against Brazilian exports to try to avoid the conviction of his father, former president Jair Bolsonaro, in the coup plot process. According to Esdras, Eduardo carried out "political dialogue".  "Eduardo had no decision-making power over United States foreign policy, he is not a member of the North American government and does not hold a public role in that country," he stated.  Votes The unanimous score of 4 votes to 0 was obtained based on the vote of the rapporteur, minister Alexandre de Moraes.  The minister said that the former deputy brought disinformation to the North American government and harmed Brazil. However, according to Moraes, the actions did not prevent Bolsonaro from being sentenced to 27 years and three months in prison.  The rapporteur's statement was followed by ministers Cristiano Zanin, Cármen Lúcia and Flávio Dino.
